I have an outstanding student loan with the US Department of Education. Which is long past due. I received a telephone call from a man who identified himself as Dave Edwards and I am thereby writing in response to his telephone call to me on June 10, 2010 at about 1 or 2 PM HST. I briefly looked your company up on the Internet and saw harsh comments against your company as well as your being named to Inc. 500’s “Fastest Growing Private Companies in America” list and placing 55th. Quite some achievement.

I am a professional male, who is officially by China’s history and Imperial Court succession, Emperor of China. This loan has gone unpaid for the past 21 years, because my income has been no more than $300 per year and my doing menial work in 2007, 2008, 2009, where I got paid approximately $3,000 per year for the past three years. My status is covered as a foreign head of state and diplomat of my grandfather’s country of China, where we come from. I am a Christian and a very dignified symbol of my family’s nation. I hope to return to China to govern China and to ensure that China will always be a good nation of laws and not a nation who makes its laws with each and every whim by men. I hope to bring God to a nation of 1.3 billion atheist and my good name needs to be maintained, if all of this is to occur.

At present, I have no money or tangible assets of any kind. As the Iraq War negotiator, I would have been paid $1.2 to 1.4 million. I successfully secured Saddam’s agreement to the Bush White House demand for his withdrawal, but when the Bush administration refused, I didn’t get paid and was not able to hold another professional job since. This happens to many people, I am not the only one.

I asked the US government, through its Secretary of State, President, and Secretary of Education to remove this loan from your portfolio, since I am a foreign head of state and not subject to your laws. President Obama has refused to do this leaving me helpless and at your company’s mercy. Collection action would reveal who I am as well as reveal on court records my personal name and identity. This was created by me and in keeping with the CIA’s policy on my family’s security measures, for our (my family’s) temporary stay in your nation. This letter is being sent once again to President Obama, asking him to comply with US and international laws. Specifically, to my knowledge, the Vienna Convention on Diplomatic Relations 1961and legally provide me with the covered protections.

By the terms of the Vienna Convention, I am not to be imprisoned, have my good name tarnished or slandered, or be liable for financial obligations made by your government to me, fully knowing that I am a foreign dignitary and not subject to your laws. Any loans made by your government on this basis need not be paid. I spoke earlier to an unknown and unidentified representative of the US Department of Education under President Bush and he said that this matter can slide and that the federal government can and will wait until I return to China (installed as President) and at that time I will have the funds to pay this obligation. I said that sounds fine with me.

While a student, many miscellaneous people, I suspect federal agents and others played a Patricia Hurst mindgame on me having me rob banks and doing other things. Things which a prudent and sensible man would never do. I was, also, abused (which is a private and sensitive matter, mentioned to your collector and in my many private letters to you). This should never be made public and I am sure that you can see why based on my letters.

If the Obama administration has not acted to stop your collection activities, which they should thoughtfully and legally do, then I must somehow deal with you, your company, in a legal and thoughtful way. I have no money and can hire no one as my legal representative. A lawyer is always necessary in complex matters like this.

This is not a matter of my not wanting to repay. It is a matter of federal and local government’s abuse of me. I was told by another unknown investigator, a government worker, that if the US government tried to collect, the sum which they would have to pay in judgment, due to their abuse of me would be much greater and so they have never bothered to collect, until Obama.

Everything in my letters is truthful. I am not one to lie or make up stories. I should be working directly with the US Department of Education on repayment as well as working with the US Department of Justice on the prosecution of people responsible for my being abused, as per my earlier letters.

I still owed for my negotiation work and for securing a permanent peace between Iraq and the US. Perhaps, all that our government said was a lie and someone in Congress should/should have investigated. Criminal actions by federal agents and false country reports leading our nation to war is a felony and act of treason.

It is better to be truthful than to fraudulent frame a truly good man. So, therefore, I am trying to deal the best way that I can (honestly, honorable, and truthfully) with your company with respect to this obligation. It is something which the Obama administration should be directly dealing with, rather than to allow you, your company. You do not have the legal right to prosecute wrongdoers (people, government workers who have abused me) nor to grant forgiveness of debt. It is my understanding that your company has the right to take legal action, based on securing the approval of the Department of Education.

I need two weeks and I plan to send you my financial statement as you are the federal hired contractor. Yet, you are not in a position to make judgments on matters concerning foreign affairs and pertaining to sensitive matters of diplomacy. Such falls unto the Department of State, Department of Defense, and the President. Especially with respect to China. If they bow out then they are being criminal and trying to stick it to me, rather than being men of honor.

So, please wait for my letter to you and I will be sending this letter and another to all of the people mentioned by me above for their final written answer. No one who is a slouch, irresponsible, can ever gain the love and respect of the Chinese people and nation and the same can be said for the American people. My family and I have therefore always all of our lives tried to put our best feet forward as honorable, honest, and upright people and loyal US citizens.

My letter will be postmarked on or before June 28, 2010. It is, also, my understanding that you do not and are not in a position to make a determination on such matters and that any documentation sent would be used against me in a lawsuit and collection action. Not very nice or professional and the federal government, Congress, or the Department of State, Department of Defense, and the President should act in such matters. I need and want to know what they finally have to say on the matter. It would,also, be very nice of you to inquire with these people and departments as to the validity of what I am saying and as to how they want to deal with the Chinese mainland (namely me as China’s future President).

If you wish, please write in the meantime and send me your questions, concerns, and objections. Legal papers should be sent in writing and by postal mail or fax. I try not to take telephone calls or harassment by bill collectors.

I am always open to letters and inquiries from most anyone. This is how I was able to get Saddam to agree to the Bush White House demand for his withdrawal. By being honest and open, and by speaking to parties concerned. It is next to impossible to negotiate with someone who is closed and firm in their mind that they are right, when that may not be the case. Thank you.

To all of the above people an open and public letter,

Officially by China’s history, I am China’s Han-Chinese emperor in exile. The proof for those who need to know and would like to have some kind of substantiation would be my family’s genealogy documentation and our word as to who we are and the testimony of federal agents who have known our family over the ages. There is US federal government documentation, but sometimes people in power, depending who, destroy records and written documents in an effort to gain an unfair perceived political advantage. What some federal government agents do not know is that people who are good, people truly of God, will not lie nor act in the disinterest of the United States of America.

Our nation, I am a US citizen as well as being a foreign head of state in exile, was built on the sweat and blood of people, good and upright people, and we are a Christian nation of God, which permits religious freedoms. This I do admire and would like to create the same or a similar version in China, when I finally get there. Implementing religious freedoms and the true worship of God for China’s 1.3 billion people and changing the face of China from a communist state to a democratic and God fearing one. Only a true Christian would appreciate this and would render his blessing and approval.

80 percent of the United States of America, according to the Time Almanac, is Christian and the exact reverse is true, said of China, where 80 percent of China is atheist. Christians believe that God will come to this world in judgment of the world’s population and that in the last days plagues of great magnitude will come upon this earth. If the whole of China is to be destroyed by a loving and just God, if one fourth of this world is to die with God’s coming destruction and only Christians, people who love God and are dedicated to him are to be saved, then should my mission in life be one where I go out to the nations (China), to my family’s homelands of both China and Iraq, bringing God’s message, hope and love to my entire family, people whom my heritage bares a responsibility for?

When people, especially Washington and Pentagon planners have figured out the world and its propensity, it is God, the true God, who confounds the plans of men and proves them to be wrong. Especially in their military actions (as described by JFK and Eisenhower) that this world’s people are not evil and the only evils are our own untrained thoughts, where we, educated people, have not been obedient to the true Christian god.

In 1990, I was able to secure Saddam’s agreement to his withdrawal from Kuwait. And in recent times, I objected to the Pentagon’s plans to arm Taiwan by selling a rogue nation $6 billion of arms illegally and their plans to frame North Korea and to not allow independent inspections of the downed South Korean ship recently. Our nation’s rush to war, whether it is to Iraq, China, or to North Korea is not necessary for the peace and security of the entire world. This I can assure Pentagon and military planners in Washington DC. With good leadership around the world, the peace of this world can be maintained. BY THE ILLEGAL BOMBING and taking of human life, against God’s will, the will of the true god and base of upright judgment, we, our nation is creating terrorist and enemies abroad, which will bring down upon us our own destruction.

I asked Obama for recognition so that I would qualify for Secret Service protection and for protections under the Vienna Convention, which I am legally qualified for and Obama refused. And he refuses to answer my letters for fear that my name would attract great public attention to the fact that he was born in Kenya and that he is not a US citizen. My family knew Obama (his family) from their early days in Hawaii as Madelyn L. Dunham made special effort to contact and befriend many people like us and like Neil Abercrombie thinking that we are good Americans and protesters against the US government. Not so! My family has always been loyal to the US government and were never rebels!

Obama’s grandmother filed for his fraudulent Hawaii birth certificate, from what we know, as well as the newspaper announcement of his birth. With a ritzy Kahala address, though Obama’s father and mother never lived there and were always poor. These things have never come to light nationwide, though many people are aware of his birth certificate not being valid (as well as school records).

So when I, a family friend, ask President Obama for things which I am qualified by law to receive, the President now refuses. We are not a nation of men, but we are a nation of laws. This Obama and his people (management team and supporters) do not want to believe. By negating truly good people, in this world, you leave evil people to govern and to come to power. The concept of good versus evil is based not on one man’s standard, Obama’s standard, but on the word of God. Philosophers have debated this concept fore centuries.

So, are Chinese people, atheist, 80 percent plus, if not all, evil and will our nation’s military now act in God’s name and bring about God’s vengeance upon this “ungodly” nation? If we do we cancel our debt, the billions and trillions that we own them. It is in our nation’s interest, therefore, to make war with China little by little.

Our doing so is murderous and we need someone like me in China.

I am the only person on the horizon, trained by the true god and have been in his keeping in spite of worldly flaws and attritions as ascribed to and upon me by local government authorities and other such people from my early childhood. It helps when you have government on your side prosecuting those who were guilty instead of framing me as Obama is now doing through his Secretary of Education and others. Even local churches are afraid and do not want to go near me. Some man, a church higher up, seems to have it in for me for telling the truth about God additionally. Yet, in this nation we, people, are entitled to our freedom to freely speak and to religious freedoms.

Would someone like myself be welcomed in your church and would your church and its members bless my mission of bringing God’s word to both China and Iraq?

I am poor with no money and no financial resources at all. I do not have any retirement income of any kind or government welfare. I need my privacy and secrecy, something which the Vienna Convention allow me, but is illegally denied by the Obama administration. What is wrong with the riches people in our nation and with top level government heads is that they refuse to listen to God and to people who know good solutions to this world’s problems in favor of violence and the murder of nations.

Questions: Would your entire congregation welcome me and want me, one person, a god-fearing human being, one man, just one man, to be allowed to worship at your church with your congregation’s blessing? Would they pray for and bless my mission, or any man’s mission, destined to bring everyone in China (1.3 billion people) and Iraq (some 12 million people) to God?

My ancestry comes from the cities of Hassuna and from Takrit in Iraq (as well as other family traditional towns and villages; from Basra and traditional cities reconquered by Saddam in 1990) and from the Wei River valley in China (Shaanxi Province), the Wu territory in ancient China (an expanded Zhejiang Province, larger than modern day Zhejiang), and from Chungshan.

This is the basis of my mission in life. An unselfish mission for goodness and God. Please feel free to share this letter with other Christian churches and with anyone whom you please. Must President Obama legally reply, if some exiled foreign head of state asks for U.S. Secret Service protection and for protections afforded under the Vienna Convention on Diplomatic Relations 1961?

If President Obama for some reason or another, perhaps, does not like an individual, due to his race or religion, secretly, can President Obama refuse to follow the law?

What happens if there were serious threats made on the life of this foreign head of state and his immediate family and Obama once again refused to reply or grant U.S. Secret Service protection and rights as afforded by the Vienna Convention?

How can any U.S. President be so lawless!

In 1990, I was the government negotiator between President George H.W. Bush and President Saddam Hussein. And via a letter writing campaign to many heads of state and foreign governments, Middle Eastern and European, I successfully secured Saddam’s agreement to the Bush White House demand for his withdrawal from Kuwait.

President Bush and the Republican Party, then at that time, were my benefactors and I had direct access to the White House. I called President Bush, Senior, to tell him the good news that Saddam had agreed to his government’s terms. This was back in November 1990. My telephone call was answered by his secretary who abruptly hung the phone up on my ear, as the White House, not necessarily President Bush, wanted to take Saddam out and to go to war with the nation of Iraq. Peace and Saddam’s willingness was not what they wanted. So, I was ignored and our nation went to war.

It is my opinion and a true fact that we knew that Iraq did not have weapons of mass destruction, yet we, the Bush administration, were not sure. So, my efforts were negated as if it did not happen.

After our invasion of Kuwait and our interference in the affairs of a foreign nation, something which is illegal by international law, we sanctioned Iraq for a time indefinite and continued our bombing of Iraq. In the process we killed 500,00 Iraqi troops in Kuwait (including those fleeing to return to Iraq), 800,00 people as a result of our 11 years of sanctions (1991-2002), and 650,00 people from 2003 to 2006. Many unarmed soldiers waving white flags were cruelly and maliciously gunned down by U.S. fighter jets and armed helicopters. When people are surrendering, is it right to kill them? We did it in Kuwait. We did it in Vietnam. And the Japanese did the same in China (in Nanking).

I protested to the United Nations and to the Geneva Convention without result. Their reply was that I had no standing and did not represent China in spite of my being China’s head of state in exile.

When President William Jefferson Clinton was running for election, he said that he would reverse all of the Bush White House policies. After he got elected he sought to cooperate with the republicans on most everything.

When Barack Hussein Obama II ran for office, I sent him about 20 letters explaining the matter of Iraq and my unofficial position as President Bush’s unofficial Iraq War negotiator. And that I successfully secured Saddam’s agreement. During the first Gulf Conflict, 1990-1991, the Bush White House continually made statements that Saddam had refused to withdraw, which was not the case as I had successfully secured Saddam’s agreement not only to the Bush White House demands, but had secured terms to a complete peace accord, which Saddam, himself, had agreed to.

Subsequent letters, press releases, were written to every newspaper, radio, and television station in the nation, yet not one had published my story. This incident of my having secured Saddam’s agreement was recorded in government intelligence reports and could be found by a freedom of information request by ordinary U.S. citizens.

So, now, Barack Obama comes on the scene and the same request that we made of President Clinton was now made to Senator Obama and letters were sent to him, also, as President.

Barack Obama, also known as Barry Soetoro, refuses to deal with the truth of the Iraq War. Possibly for fear that an indictment of the Bush administration would expose him and bring about the indictments of David Plouffee and David Axelrod, as well as himself.

Many people in this nation know that Barack Obama was born in Kenya, yet the Courts have not upheld convictions and the indictments of Plouffee, Obama, and Axelrod. Are Americans afraid of the truth and are court judges afraid of making waves?

Many people have died and sacrificed their lives for this nation and for freedoms that we enjoy today. Should an illegal and illegitimate President, sitting in the White House, call the shots and even use White House personnel and agencies to cover-up his illegal activities and even to the point of murdering people?

Something is not right in America, the country that I truly love.

I am trying not to take sides here. I am merely posting the truth of my own employment and asking people for their opinions. Many anti-war protesters marched on Washington DC on Saturday, 03-20-2010, yet how many of them are willing to look at truth and to know that this war and ensuing wars are illegal and can be end immediately?

Question: Would anyone like to see a permanent end to the Iraq and Afghanistan wars and a immediate withdrawal of all American troops from the Middle East? This assumes that a good political negotiator was able to craft an agreement with Middle East nations and that repercussions from this war will not happen, that there would be a cessation of terrorist activity abroad and in the world. I say emphatically that such things are possible and this is the true reality and it has always been. This Obama ignores for one reason or another. Could it be that he secretly fears the Bush administration and that he does not have the experience or personal judgment to indict an errant administration, when he too has his own sins? YOU BE THE JUDGE ON THESE ISSUES!
