To all of the above people an open and public letter,

Officially by China’s history, I am China’s Han-Chinese emperor in exile. The proof for those who need to know and would like to have some kind of substantiation would be my family’s genealogy documentation and our word as to who we are and the testimony of federal agents who have known our family over the ages. There is US federal government documentation, but sometimes people in power, depending who, destroy records and written documents in an effort to gain an unfair perceived political advantage. What some federal government agents do not know is that people who are good, people truly of God, will not lie nor act in the disinterest of the United States of America.

Our nation, I am a US citizen as well as being a foreign head of state in exile, was built on the sweat and blood of people, good and upright people, and we are a Christian nation of God, which permits religious freedoms. This I do admire and would like to create the same or a similar version in China, when I finally get there. Implementing religious freedoms and the true worship of God for China’s 1.3 billion people and changing the face of China from a communist state to a democratic and God fearing one. Only a true Christian would appreciate this and would render his blessing and approval.

80 percent of the United States of America, according to the Time Almanac, is Christian and the exact reverse is true, said of China, where 80 percent of China is atheist. Christians believe that God will come to this world in judgment of the world’s population and that in the last days plagues of great magnitude will come upon this earth. If the whole of China is to be destroyed by a loving and just God, if one fourth of this world is to die with God’s coming destruction and only Christians, people who love God and are dedicated to him are to be saved, then should my mission in life be one where I go out to the nations (China), to my family’s homelands of both China and Iraq, bringing God’s message, hope and love to my entire family, people whom my heritage bares a responsibility for?

When people, especially Washington and Pentagon planners have figured out the world and its propensity, it is God, the true God, who confounds the plans of men and proves them to be wrong. Especially in their military actions (as described by JFK and Eisenhower) that this world’s people are not evil and the only evils are our own untrained thoughts, where we, educated people, have not been obedient to the true Christian god.

In 1990, I was able to secure Saddam’s agreement to his withdrawal from Kuwait. And in recent times, I objected to the Pentagon’s plans to arm Taiwan by selling a rogue nation $6 billion of arms illegally and their plans to frame North Korea and to not allow independent inspections of the downed South Korean ship recently. Our nation’s rush to war, whether it is to Iraq, China, or to North Korea is not necessary for the peace and security of the entire world. This I can assure Pentagon and military planners in Washington DC. With good leadership around the world, the peace of this world can be maintained. BY THE ILLEGAL BOMBING and taking of human life, against God’s will, the will of the true god and base of upright judgment, we, our nation is creating terrorist and enemies abroad, which will bring down upon us our own destruction.

I asked Obama for recognition so that I would qualify for Secret Service protection and for protections under the Vienna Convention, which I am legally qualified for and Obama refused. And he refuses to answer my letters for fear that my name would attract great public attention to the fact that he was born in Kenya and that he is not a US citizen. My family knew Obama (his family) from their early days in Hawaii as Madelyn L. Dunham made special effort to contact and befriend many people like us and like Neil Abercrombie thinking that we are good Americans and protesters against the US government. Not so! My family has always been loyal to the US government and were never rebels!

Obama’s grandmother filed for his fraudulent Hawaii birth certificate, from what we know, as well as the newspaper announcement of his birth. With a ritzy Kahala address, though Obama’s father and mother never lived there and were always poor. These things have never come to light nationwide, though many people are aware of his birth certificate not being valid (as well as school records).

So when I, a family friend, ask President Obama for things which I am qualified by law to receive, the President now refuses. We are not a nation of men, but we are a nation of laws. This Obama and his people (management team and supporters) do not want to believe. By negating truly good people, in this world, you leave evil people to govern and to come to power. The concept of good versus evil is based not on one man’s standard, Obama’s standard, but on the word of God. Philosophers have debated this concept fore centuries.

So, are Chinese people, atheist, 80 percent plus, if not all, evil and will our nation’s military now act in God’s name and bring about God’s vengeance upon this “ungodly” nation? If we do we cancel our debt, the billions and trillions that we own them. It is in our nation’s interest, therefore, to make war with China little by little.

Our doing so is murderous and we need someone like me in China.

I am the only person on the horizon, trained by the true god and have been in his keeping in spite of worldly flaws and attritions as ascribed to and upon me by local government authorities and other such people from my early childhood. It helps when you have government on your side prosecuting those who were guilty instead of framing me as Obama is now doing through his Secretary of Education and others. Even local churches are afraid and do not want to go near me. Some man, a church higher up, seems to have it in for me for telling the truth about God additionally. Yet, in this nation we, people, are entitled to our freedom to freely speak and to religious freedoms.

Would someone like myself be welcomed in your church and would your church and its members bless my mission of bringing God’s word to both China and Iraq?

I am poor with no money and no financial resources at all. I do not have any retirement income of any kind or government welfare. I need my privacy and secrecy, something which the Vienna Convention allow me, but is illegally denied by the Obama administration. What is wrong with the riches people in our nation and with top level government heads is that they refuse to listen to God and to people who know good solutions to this world’s problems in favor of violence and the murder of nations.

Questions: Would your entire congregation welcome me and want me, one person, a god-fearing human being, one man, just one man, to be allowed to worship at your church with your congregation’s blessing? Would they pray for and bless my mission, or any man’s mission, destined to bring everyone in China (1.3 billion people) and Iraq (some 12 million people) to God?

My ancestry comes from the cities of Hassuna and from Takrit in Iraq (as well as other family traditional towns and villages; from Basra and traditional cities reconquered by Saddam in 1990) and from the Wei River valley in China (Shaanxi Province), the Wu territory in ancient China (an expanded Zhejiang Province, larger than modern day Zhejiang), and from Chungshan.

This is the basis of my mission in life. An unselfish mission for goodness and God. Please feel free to share this letter with other Christian churches and with anyone whom you please. All I ask is that I not be identified or pointed out in a crowd. My identity as given on my website security procedures is to be followed for my personal safety. I know enough about the Bible to lead a Christian group in worship and prayer.
